What would make you think that #2 is correct? Does "I born born ..." sound correct to you? I will be very surprised if you say yes.
 
I presume you meant one born.:-o
 
n.1. is correct.
For your information, there's an expression in English which would convey the exact same meaning: I was born and bred in London.
