Go ahead and hit me. I need the money
If you don't like the way I drive, stay off the sidewalk
I is a college student
Eschew obfuscation
Sometimes I wish life had subtitles
Change is inevitable_ except for vending machines
Welcome to Oregon. Now go home
Will you give me the meaning of these bumber stickers?
Thanks

They are meant to be humorous or ironic. For instance, "eschew obfuscation" means to avoid being confusing, to be clear in your communication.

But many native speakers have no idea what "eschew" means (it is not an everyday word) so the slogan itself fails to do what it is imploring you to do. (Communicate clearly, that is.)
