I think a lot of people, especially adolescents, want to be famous nowadays and that's why reality TV is so popular. But I wouldn't like to be famous at all. Being famous nowadays simply means that you are in the tabloids a lot and you are followed by the paparazzi. I'd find
that very intrusive.

1)Does the bold part mean "If I were famous, I would find that very intrusive."?

2) What is the difference between "I don't like and I wouldn't like"? why do the author used "I wouldn't like"?

I wouldn't like refers to a hypothetical situation.
May I ask how the full sentence in a hypothetical situation would be like?

I would say that this means, "If I was in the tabloids a lot and was being followed by the paparazzi all the time, I would find that very intrusive."

How about the first sentence of the paragraph?
But I wouldn't like to be famous at all.

Are the following correct?
If I had a chance, I wouldn't like to be famous at all.
If I could to be famous, I wouldn't like to be.

Can we use "in particular young people" instead of "especially adolescents"?
I think a lot of people, in particular young people, want to be famous nowadays and that's why reality TV is so popular.

Only a famous person could use I don't like here.
