2. The company prepares PC manuals on a product basis.
3. The company prepares a PC manual on each product basis.
4. The company prepares PC manuals on each product basis.
5. The company prepares a PC manual according to the product.

No, "respective" is not good there, "...their range of products" would be correct. If you have two or more companies you could say that these companies "each provide PC manuals for their respective products".

(Nobody thinks that they prepare a manual per an item, it'd be ridiculous for 'em unless they make special kind of hand-made PCs)

X prepares(or has them prepared and printed) Y1Z and Y2Z .
