Both are wrong. After "would you mind ..." (in this type of construction), you must use the -ing form.

Would you mind coming with me?
Would you mind coming to me?

Those 2 sentences don't mean the same thing.

In addition, I have a feeling you have used the wrong word anyway. If you're buying a ticket (or an extra ticket) for something, the more likely question would be "Would you like to come with me?"

If I write it as below, what's the difference?

"I will buy a ticket tomorrow night, would you mind coming with me"?
"Would you like to come with me? I'm buying a ticket now."

In the first, you are asking the other person to come with you when you go to buy the ticket. Is that what you meant?

I will buy a ticket tomorrow night. Would you mind coming with me?

Still, that is very tactless, because it is unclear. Example: I am new in a city and tell a girl who lives in the city I am going to buy a ticket to the movies, would she come with me? Then, at the box office, I buy one ticket, and tell her "thanks, goodbye, have a nice day."
Is this a good idea?
