Can the place I am dropped off be referred to as "dropped off point" or is there a different word for it?

There is particular place from where I am picked by a cab to work and I am dropped off at a place near my house.

I would like to know whether the place I am dropped off can be referred to as "dropped off point" or is there a different word for it?

See above. Yet again, you omitted two articles. I really don't understand why this is still happening. You remembered to use "a" before "different word" so how did you miss the other two?

Try:

A cab picks me up at home and takes me to work. After work, a cab takes me home.

As you can see, you don't need to use "drop off point". Maybe you would use it if you were the taxi dispatcher, but you're not.

My phone is the issue.

If I am not being dropped off at home then we have to use drop-off. Am I correct?

No, it's not. Even if your phone somehow magically deletes articles even though you typed them, you should be reading your posts before you actually submit them. At that point, you should put those missing articles back in. Also, after you post, read it and check for errors. If you find any, use the Edit facility to fix them. Stop blaming your phone.

I don't see why you have to. I might say I called for a cab to take me to XYZ. Then the cab came and took me there.

I know what it means, but I don't think I have ever used it.

We tend to use "drop-off point" at places like airports and hospitals - an area where a car is allowed to stop for a brief period while the passengers get out and then the car has to leave. You're not allowed to park there.
