I changed your title again! Also, always lay out numbered sentences one below the other, not as if they're one long sentence.

Note my corrections above. You're still not checking your spelling thoroughly.

As you can see above, #1 doesn't work, and #2 and #3 are correct. The thing with #4 is that I think it might be used in AmE but it doesn't work in BrE.

In BrE, that's because even though we say "I'll meet you at the hospital", we don't say "The hospital is where I'll meet you at". We just say "The hospital is where I'll meet you".
