I want write a memo to my fitness training coaches to avoid using mobile phones while doing training to the members. Please see below.

It has been brought into our attention that many of our coaches are spending great deal of time in playing/ browsing in the mobile phone and not providing proper training to the members.

Gentlemen, customer is king in business industry! If they are not satisfied with our service, it will adversely affect our business. Therefore, kindly pay more attention to your members to keep our members satisfied always.
