I made some sentences. Please check whether these are correct or not.

The Kaya Union received bribe from corrupt politicians while they dominate in the country.
The Kaya Union received bribe from corrupt politicians while dominating in the country.
The Kaya Union received bribe from corrupt politicians while their people suffered from enemies.
The Kaya Union received bribe from corrupt politicians while suffering from enemies.
Although he is talented in music, he don't like it.
Although talented in music, he don't like it.

Hi Jungjou!

Well, the first sentence is not ok because the sentence is in the past (The Union received) so should be the verb dominate.
The second one is correct, because after prepositions the verb may come on its ING form.

The third ad fourth...well, you don't suffer FROM enemies..

And the last two ones...He doesn't like it!

cheers!;-)

Either bribes or a bribe
Who are "they"? The union or the politicians?

Please don't post unrelated sentences in the same thread, but he doesn't, not he don't.

Sorry. Now I think I get some rules, and I will post related posts per each thread.
