I'm wondering if "conduct" should be replaced with "conducting" in the examples below. My instinct tells me that it shouldn't, but I'd appreciate a confirmation.

XXX is a leading firm in the conduct of real estate transactions.

Services:
Planning and conduct of real estate transactions
Conduct of auctions and liquidations
Conduct of bankruptcy proceedings

Thanks a lot!

I have the same feeling.

I think you should replace "conduct of" with "conducting". That is, remove "of" in those phrases, like this:

Planning and conducting real estate transactions
Conducting auctions and liquidations
Conducting bankruptcy proceedings

Perhaps better would be this:

XXX is a leading firm in the conduct of real estate transactions.

We can help you with:
  • Real estate transactions
  • Auctions and liquidations
  • Bankruptcy proceedings

The phrase "We can help you with" is not perfect. Any better ideas? Also, I would think about changing the name of the company. XXX is used to refer to hardcore pornography! :)
