I think I should use "contract" services, but I am not completely sure. ???
Are you sure? I understand that the terms and conditions shall govern future services to be provided. It is understood that a contract is in place whenever there is such an engagement.
How can we forget about legal terms and conditions? That's what the sentence is clearly all about. Why else would you be asking it?Please forget about lawyers, legal terms and conditions. Is this sentence correct?:The terms and conditions shall govern the contracting of graphic design services.
A formal contract is signed for each commission with a fixed tenure. You cannot have an open-ended contract to provide "future services". I am also in the business of providing design services. Are you sure? I understand that the terms and conditions shall govern future services to be provided.
