[Grammar] Could you check my grammar please (Inversion "Only~")?

Hello people.
Sentences below are Inversions which start with "Only~". I'd be really thankful if someone can check my grammar.

1.Only by working hard can you reach your goal.
2.Only in Harajuku(area name) are these kinds of unique fashions found.
3.Only woman in Shell's legal department was she.
 
The first two are fine.

The third needs a definite article at the beginning and a name instead of 'she'. That construction does not work with a subject pronoun at the end. It is just about possible with 'her', if it is known who is being talked about.
 
Thannk you. Then If I change sentence 3 like this, "A only woman in Shell's legal department was Aiko(Woman's name)." Is it okay?
