Dear Sirs,
I would appreciate very much if you could explain me if "people" countable or not. I see contradictionary information in different sourses.
Thank you.
Alex

The word "people" can be a plural of "person" or it can be singular, for which the plural is "peoples".

Please note my corrections, above in red.

thank you. I meant "much people" or "many people" ?

"Much people" is wrong. "Many people" is correct.

I am rather taken with the word "contradictionary"! The issue of finding different definitions in different dictionaries. :-D
