This is an entry from my diary. Please check it and correct any mistakes.
Last night, I watched a TV show where a speaker shared his toothbrushing routine. He said that many people would use water to rinse their month after spitting the toothpaste out but it wasn't necessary. He explained that if we rinse our mouth, we will lose protection of fluoride. It was my first time hearing about that theory. I then google to see if it was true. I was surprised that many resources confirmed the theory. However, I will still rinse my mouth because I've accustomed to it.
