This is an entry from my diary. Please check it and correct any mistakes.

This afternoon, my friend Peter, an English teacher, sent me a picture of one of his students' essay and said other English teachers had praised his writing and endorsed John to give him an A. I took a look on it and I was surprised to see how well his student had improved. He then gave me an essay of another student. After I read the first paragraph, I noticed that it was exactly the same as the first essay I'd just read. I asked him why, and he said he made a sample essay for students and some of them recited it in the test. I was astonished and asked him if it was OK for students to copy others' work. He said if they memorised it, it would become their own writing. I hope his students won't do it in the public exam because they may get disqualified if they are discovered plagiarising.

What test?
I was astonished and asked him if it was OK for students to copy others' work. He said if they memorised it, it would become their own writing. I hope his students won't do it that in the public exam because they may get disqualified if they are discovered caught plagiarising.
