This is an entry from my diary. Please check it and correct any mistakes.

Yesterday, someone knocked our door. My mum opened it and saw a woman. She pointed to a man standing next to her and asked, “Is this uncle your family member”. My mum recognised him and said, “He’s our neighbour upstairs, mr. Lee!” Mr. Lee has dementia. He misremembered which floor he lives in. It was fortunate that someone helped him. If not, he might not know what was happening and went down to the street to find his home.

Yesterday, someone knocked ON our door. My mum opened it and saw a woman. She pointed to a man standing next to her and asked, “Is this MAN A family member”. My mum recognised him and said, “He’s our UPSTAIRS NEIGHBOR, mr. Lee!” Mr. Lee has dementia. He FORGOT which floor he lives ON. It was FORTUNATE that someone HELPED him. If not, he might not HAVE KNOWN what was happening and WOULD HAVE GONE DOWN the street to FIND THE WAY home.
You need to capitalize "mister" when it's part of a name.

See above. We don't use "uncle" to refer to anyone except the brother of one of our parents.
