Hello!

It's from an English book.

Interviewer: What kind of food do you serve?
Restaurant manager: Mainly international dishes like pasta,steak and fries-but we also do several English dishes as well.

Can we also use "make" instead of "do" in the above sentence?

I wouldn't use "make" there.

You can also use 'have' in the context (what dishes we have in the menu).
