[Grammar] Do we say ..at last night ?

We can use the last night.
At last ...
But with the word night . Do we use ( at ) for example :
I watched TV. at last night ....is that correct ?

At last ... (What does this mean? It's not a sentence and I don't know why you wrote it.)

No, that is not right. "I watched TV last night" is what we say.

Note the corrections to your post above. Don't leave a space before a comma, full stop, question mark exclamation mark, colon or semi-colon. Don't enclose the words you are asking about in brackets. You can put them inside quotation marks (as I have done above) or italicise them.
