A friend of mine always tells me the same thing* when he meets me. I'm getting sick of that. Yesterday we met up again and he told me the same thing again. I asked him "Do you have something new?" Is this question natural? The intended meaning is "Could you please tell me something different and more interesting?"

*: His stories with his friends, girlfirends.

A friend of mine always tells talks to me the same thing* about nothing but his friends and girlfriends. when he meets me. I'm getting sick of that it. Yesterday, we met up again and he told me did the same thing. again. I asked him "Don't you have something anything new to talk about?" Is this question natural? The intended meaning is "Could you please tell me something different and more interesting?"

*: His Stories with about his friends no comma here and girlfriends.
See above. I've made your question more natural. Note that starting with "Don't you have" or even "Do you have" doesn't have same meaning as something that starts with "Could you please". The first is a simple "Yes/No" question. The second is clearly a request for something specific.
