Does a person who commits perjury misguide a court or mislead it?

Of the two, "mislead". Simply though, they lie to the court. We don't tend to use "misguide" except when saying that someone (or their actions) is misguided.

You mean the word "misguide" is used for individuals, while the word "mislead" can be used for a court of law or a jury in case of perjury?

No.

We rarely use misguide as an active-voice verb.

Mislead is not in any way restricted to legal language.

Does a person who commits perjury misguide a court or mislead it?
Perjury is lying in court which is a serious offence if caught. Lying or cheating is misleading of course. What is the purpose of the question?

The purpose of the question is to improve my English by using the right verb in the right situation.

Deceive a court is often used when talking about perjury, which make it more deliberate.
