Is that common for native speakers to accept 'the most favorite' being used to modify a noun?

By saying "favourite" you have already indicated that it is the one you like the most, so it is not necessary.

My favourite brand is....

When my son was small he would say 'more/most favourite', because it seemed logical that like the other adjectives he knew 'favourite' would have a comparative and superlative form. He still seems to think adjectives should be regular and at the age of 8 is still saying 'goodest'/'baddest'!
