Hi there,
I happened to read the motivational words for the Harvard students. One of the lines reads "Dogs are learning, ambassadors are playing" the meaning of which I couldn't anywhere on the cyber world.
I would be grateful if you could help with it and provide a definition.
Thanks.

There is no 'definition' for "Dogs are learning, ambassadors are playing". The 'motivational words' you cite are a hoax! Millions of students, especially in China, believe there is a list of mottos written on the wall of a library at Harvard University, one of the most prestigious universities in the US.
Professor Robert Darnton states unequivocally, "As the university librarian, I can attest that no such writings exist on any of the walls at Harvard's 73 libraries." But that hasn't stopped a list of the apocryphal aphorisms from appearing on Chinese internet sites. Reference
