Each time when there is something on sale at the supermarket, there are crowds rushing to take advantage of the bargain.

I wrote this to express the idea that in most supermarkets here, if there's a sale, there will be many people running there to buy cheaper products.

Is my italic sentence natural?

You don't need "when" or "there are", and change "rushing" to "rush".

Each time there's something on sale at the supermarket, crowds rush to take advantage of the bargain.
