What is Flight-of-reds?
I assume that's one of a menu in a restaurant, and I saw some pictures of some glasses of wine.
But... what is it exactly?

This is a term used by professional wine tasters. When several different wines are lined up ready to be tasted and compared, the row of glasses is called a "flight". So a flight of reds means a row of glasses of red wine ready for tasting.
