Hello,
Is it OK to use the word behaviour as a countable noun as one of my students did:
I hope you will accept as a token of our goodwill the enclosed flyer for 10 free parties in our club for you and your friends. I apologize sincerely for such a behavior of our staff.
Maybe - I do apologize for the way our staff behaved that evening.
Just to show the outraged customer that the incident at the entrance was an exception, not the rule.
