It's not. Do you mean "If it's normal for you to go for a walk, then go to the gym [instead/as well]? I'm not sure what message you were trying to convey.
 
Yes, I just wanted to learn if we can put 'for your going for... instead of 'for you to go for....' or not.

It's certainly much easier to understand your question when you quote your example though.
