I'm trying to study Gerund. There are some sentences that I made. Would you like to check them out?

1. May be there is being found somebody who can understand his speech.
2. There was having been found somebody who could understand his speech.

Are them correct? If need be, correct, please. And may you make another sentence for Perfect Active with this context?

And one more question. How to write "May be" exactly: "May be" or "Maybe"?

I find the sentences awkward. This may be better:

Maybe somebody who can understand his speech has been found/is being found.

'Maybe'(probably) and 'may be' have different meanings. Please check in the dictionary.
