What would be the right way to say that a person is regaining consciousness after a faint?

She is getting conscious or she is becoming conscious?

The former is wrong, the latter is okay. Alternatively:

She's coming round.

Another option is 'gaining consciousness'. She's coming to is another slight variation on 'coming round'.

"Regaining" is the best way.
