Blake motivates Mitch and Murray company salesmen:

You've got leads. Mitch and Murray paid good money. Get their names to sell them. You can't close the leads you're given, you can't close sh*t. You are sh*t!

What does "Get their names to sell them" mean?

Source: Glengarry Glen Ross (a 1992 American drama film adapted by David Mamet from his 1984 Pulitzer Prize–winning play of the same name, and directed by James Foley)

First, get the names of prospective customers ("leads"). Then, sell stuff to those people.
