You are getting home.

VS

You are going home.

1. What's the differences between two sentences?

2. Why we can use the word "get", why do not use the word "go" in English countries?

Thank you!

The problem is with "you are". Normally, The speaker would say "I am going home" and "I am getting home".

In that case, the second means that he is getting ready to leave or has recently left. In the first, he is close to his home.

In this situation, can I say "He is getting home"?
Too many walkers surround us at outside. Tom is wounded in his leg.
He thinks I can't go. Please tell my wife "I love her forever."

What do the last four sentences have to do with the first?

Maybe I try adding the person name...
Tom: Too many walkers surround us at outside. My leg is wounded.
I think I can't go. Please tell my wife "I love her forever."
Mary: Don't worry. You are getting home.

Is it better now?

It would be better with "you are going home".

MikeNewYork,
I dont agree with you.
Firstly, I thank you your comments.
But, secondly, you explained on post #2, Tom is wounded and can't go. He is not already left.
And then, Mary is fine, she can escape the walkers and return to the safe place(home).
So, I think "we are getting home" is better than "we are going home" which you suggested.

There are too many people standing around. My leg is injured. [I don't really see the connection between these two statements.]
I think those 'people' are the walkers in Walking Dead, who might eat the speaker.

Part of the problem with deciding between 'go' and 'get' is that this little dialogue is completely unnatural. The following is rather less unnatural.

Tom: There are too many people standing around. My leg is injured.
[I don't really see the connection between these two statements.] I don't think I can go on / I don't think I can go any farther. Please tell my wife I will always love her. [This melodramatic sentence sounds as though Tom thinks he is dying.]

Mary: Don't worry. We'll get you home. [= We will make sure that you arrive home.]
Mary: Don't worry. We're getting near home. [= We don't have far to go]

Piscean,
I'm not native speaker. My English or my statement that I think more and more before posting here.
I can't write a natural sentences here, because I'm not native speaker.

As above sentences I quoted from "the walking dead" that the situation was that.
So, I tried to write a conversation for these situation.
I hope I can learn to how to write a natural sentences and post here.....

Finally, I thank you your comments. That's help me to improve my English.
