Grammar check please

I want to say that "I haven't taken the IELTS exam yet, I am planning on taking it on the first week of February and I will send the results once they're out."

I'm writing a commitment letter to the university that I'm applying for, so I want this in a formal way without any grammar mistakes. Lol
