'Peter is too exhausted to do anything.'

In future, marcos, please try to give your threads more helpful titles. Many of the questions in this forum involve a 'grammar check'. "... too exhausted to do ..." would have been good for this question.

Thank you guys for your opinions. I'm just not sure about 'too exhausted' because 'exhausted' is an extreme adjective and we cannot use a degree adverb like 'very' to precede it. (eg. very exhausted). I'm not sure if 'too' is the same.

I don't think that that is an actual "rule." I'm sure there are degrees of exhaustion. I could be very exhausted or completely exhausted.
