While group discussions work in group, getting a work is a specific of work group, in out figure that we have, its show that the number that member receiver a work from leader is much more, its about 78%, the number to volunteer receiver a work is just 15% and orther way is just 7%. We can reconize that member still depend on the leader to finish the work in group​
