Can I say " I included your name as approver in the document"

It is grammatical, but I'm not sure what it means.

A better title would be 'I included your name...'

If the person was one of several approvers then you might need to say "an approver" (note that it's "an", not "a"). I don't know what it means either.

You don't need to send a separate post to say thank you. You can simply click on the Like button on a post you want to like/thank. However, when you post anything at all, it's important to follow the rules of written English:

- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with a single punctuation mark.
