I wonder if these two sentences are both natural and they mean the same.

a) I am just happy to not be that person anymore.
b) I am just happy not to be that person anymore.


The context is, a person who was once a drunkard and now he doesn't drink anymore.
 
They're natural enough. The only difference is that the second one slightly emphasizes the 'not' aspect a bit more.
