Have a side look at your body to see how much your tummy has come out.

Look at your body from right or left side to know how much fat you have gained in the tummy area.

Please check my sentence.

Is it correct to say "Side look"?

No. A profile is a side view.

Try again, tufguy, given the above advice, and use something like "sticks out" instead of "has come out".

Have a look at your tummy's profile and see how much it is bulging out.

I wouldn't use "profile" at all in that context.

Look at yourself/your body sideways on [in a mirror] and see how much your tummy sticks out.

I would use "in the mirror" in that, but of course "in a mirror" is not wrong.

You will only know how much your tummy has protruded if you have a past record to compare it with objectively, not by just by looking at it in the mirror per se. You need some kind of picture showing your profile for comparison. Just like your weight; you need to know how much your weighed previously to know how much weight you have put on or lost.

Side look is not correct.

What does this sentence mean "How much weight you have out on"?

"Weigh out" means to measure weight. So can we say "I weighed out myself"?
