What are the differences in meaning of below written sentences?

1. You have to work.
2. You have got to work.
3. You have gotta work.
 
What are the differences in meaning of below written sentences?

They all have the same basic meaning. If there is any difference between 1 and 2, "got" can be used for emphasis. "Gotta" is used but it is not standard English.

But, I think "have to" already emphasize the sentence, then why extra "get"?

I agree with bhai that the "got" is unnecessary. But it can be added for emphasis. You have GOT to work. For me, that can be more emphatic than even: You HAVE to work.

Quite simply, why not? There is no rule that only necessary words must be used. Both forms exist, just as we use have/have got for possession.
