hi all,

A woman felt bad and she needed a doc.. She said:

"I need a shot, some vitamin C, some B12 and some help me Jesus, don't hit the floor"

What does she means by here last sentence? Does she mean "we need some prayer"?

Thanks a lot.

I think you mean "so help me Jesus". That's just a formulaic intensifier that some Christians use. No doubt it originated as an appeal to God for help. For example, when you're sworn in as a witness in a court, you finish with "So help me God".

I don't know what "don't hit the floor" means in this context. It usually means collapse onto the floor, but I'm not sure why the doctor would do this.
