Which verb tense should I use to answer this question? Which is correct?

a. I would devote myself to learning English./ I would devote myself to this company.

b. I would have devoted myself to learning English by that time/ I would have devoted myself to this company by that time.

c. I would have had devoted myself to ....

Or... Is it also okay to use the present tense? I'm already a fluent English speaker by that time.

Thanks.

I"ll be a devoted employee of this company."

We usually say "Where do you see yourself X years from now," not how. The answer to how would be, with a time machine, or in the mirror...
