I am wondering if there is any difference between these sentences and if they are grammatically correct.

1. How many weeks have past without him talking to anyone?
2. How many weeks have past since he talked to anyone?

Neither is correct.

How many weeks have passed ...

Thank you emsr2d2,
I understand that I wrote the word "passed" wrong. I am just wondering if there is any difference if I write:
How many weeks have passed since he talked to anyone.
and
How many weeks have passed without him talking to anyone.

They are both fine and mean the same.
