[From a TOEIC test]

(Man) Hi, Carol. Do you have a moment? I wanted to talk to you about the group of employees that will be visiting us from our Manchester office next week.

(Woman) Yes, I remember your mentioning their visit. You need a meeting room reserved for the morning, right?

(Man) That's right. Could you please do that today?

(Woman) Of course. I’d be happy to. I could make arrangements for lunch to be brought in as well.

The man has clearly made the request, so is it more appropriate to say “I’ll be happy to”? Or do
both practically work and mean the same?

They're practically the same.
