I broke up with Hook who was once a friend of mine the other day; we are no longer friends and won’t see each other anymore. The reason is that I can’t understand and tolerate the way he talks with me. He doesn’t want to find a job so he eats only one meal per day. He said “I’m on a diet and this is good for my health” but the fact is he’s always super hungry and eats a lot when someone buys him a meal. Or he doesn’t want to marry the woman who’s in a sexual relationship with him but the woman really wants to marry him. He said “I don’t have a job so I can’t support a family”, but he still has sex with the woman every day.

I wrote the sentence “I’m getting sick of your hypocrisy”. Is this sentence natural?

Try "I fell out with".

The reason is that I can’t understand
Did you mean to say "I can't stand" instead?

That doesn't make sense. Consider omitting it.
He said “I don’t have a job so I can’t support a family”, but he still has sex with the woman every day.
Again. That doesn't contribute much to the text.

You wrote all the above context just to come up with that sentence! Surely, you could have just given us this simple, short, and straightforward sentence on its own, couldn't you?!

We don't "break up with" friends, only with romantic/sexual partners. You need to find a different way to open your text.
How about "I fell out with"?

Did you mean to say "I can't stand" instead?
No, I just can't understand why he kept telling those things to me. I wasn't interested in them.

I didn't mean to waste you and others' time, teechar. I just wanted to provide more details about Hook. The word "hypocrisy" has many meanings in Chinese so I wasn't sure at all if the sentence was natural because I might have misused the word.

Could you please tell me if the sentence is natural and fits my context?

I don't see anything hypocritical in his behaviour at all. It sounds like he's lazy and greedy and you're better off without him but I can't see the hypocrisy.
