They're all grammatically possible. I don't know what you're learning by posting these random short sentences.

I want to know about the most natural way of saying that someone is browsing internet on their phone. Do I need to say they are killing time on phone? How do you say it?

I want to know about the most natural way of saying that someone is browsing THE internet on their phone. Do I need to say they are killing time on THE phone? How do you say it?
That's a pretty good way of saying it.

I have never needed to say that, but that's fine. (You could also say "their phone".)

You didn't ask us which one is the most natural. You simply said "Please check my sentences". You need to be very clear about what it is that you want. (Also be ready to be asked what you mean by "natural"!)
Do I need to say they are "killing time" on their phone?
You only "need" to say that if you're specifically trying to express that someone has some time to waste so they decide to spend it on their phone.
How do you say it?
That all depends on context.

By "natural" I mean the way natives say it.
