Can we say: "I'd be happy...."?I'm (I am) glad states a present fact.
I'd be (I would be) talks about a future prospect.
I have be is incorrect.
Also, note the correct spelling of "glad."
We have a saying - I bet your people have one similar: If you are not making mistakes, you are not trying hard enough!
