Are my sentences correct? We can say "Later than usual". Am I correct?

Later than usual is fine as a phrase.

Your first sentence has a misplaced word. Correct that and it will be fine.

The second is a fragment, not a sentence. It does not contain a verb.

Are you usually late on Mondays?

I would just say: "I was late to work."

Do you arrive later than you are supposed to on Mondays, or do you always start work later on a Monday due to a pre-existing arrangement with your employer?

I get to work late = I arrive after the time I am supposed to arrive
I start work later on Mondays than any other day = My start time on a Monday is later than my start time on the other days of the week

If tufguy had answered my question we'd have figured that out by now.

Fine. Does that mean you are supposed to show up on Monday later than on other days or that you get there later than you're supposed to?

I'm not expected to show up later than usual. I'm late because of the cab driver [STRIKE]I get late[/STRIKE].
See above. We use the present simple in "I'm late" because it's a repeated or habitual act.

Sorry, I don't understand.
You wrote I get late. That's not natural, but you used the right tense: the present simple. I changed your statement to "I'm late" and, thinking it might be confusing, added a little explanation about why the present simple is right — it expresses a repeated act. You are (present simple) late, repeatedly, every Monday.

If you want to use "get", use "get there".

I am supposed to start work at 9am every day, but I get there late every Monday because the cab driver is always late that day.

As you can see, I have had to guess what the problem is with the cab driver. Perhaps you could tell us what the actual problem is. Is the cab driver late picking you up every Monday? If so, why is he not late every other day? Does he take a different (longer) route from your home to your office only on Mondays? Is it perhaps not the fault of the driver at all but it is that the traffic is worse on a Monday morning? Why don't you use a different cab company on a Monday? If you can't do that, why don't you register a formal complaint that your driver always makes you late for work on Mondays?

Ems, you have endless patience. Some of us would have a hard time believing that a person could be late for work on the same day of the week every week.
:-?

I have already sent an E-mail regarding this to my supervisor.

"Email" is not capitalized. I don't think blaming it on the cab driver is an acceptable reason for being late to work. It is up to you to tell him to come to pick you up earlier to allow for delays caused by traffic. It is within your control.
