Hi,

I got an application written by him. (Correct)
I got him to write an application. (Correct)
I got him written an application. (Incorrect)
Am I right?

The first two are grammatically acceptable but they don't mean the same thing. The third is wrong.

Can you please explain the difference?

The first one means that you received an application that he had written. The second one means that you persuaded him to write an application. The third one doesn't mean anything.

Can I use make/have?

I made him write...
I had him written...

I made him write...
I had him write...
