So as a teacher or a professor would you read a letter from a student completely?
Or you just take a glance or just you will only read the subject of the Email?
I want to know that is it effective that I'm trying to explain everything in my letters?
I'd be very happy if you answer this question.

Let's see what some teachers say. This should be good.

What's the context? Not all messages to teachers are sent under the same context.

Are you talking about your posts in the Editing And Writing Topics section? Are you concerned that the professors you're writing to will simply look at the subject line and read no further?

I think Venus is wondering whether writing to a professor works as well as talking in person.

That would depend on the professor.

No I am talking in general for instance sending an email to a professor for Admission graduation, I sent 14 or 15 Emails to different professors from different Universities and only 6 professors replied (Thanks to this website helping me to correct the Emails)

Admission graduation, funding

Of course, we'd read it! Every teacher and professor I know would.

Well, hang on—that means you're not a student, right? Do not send emails to teachers concerning admissions. No, in that case, I absolutely would not read your emails. You should talk to the university admissions office.

Note my corrections above. I don't know what the underlined words mean (when used together).

The context is admission graduation and funding.

Note my corrections above. I still don't understand those two words used together.

True, and in my opinion the university is important as well.

Note my corrections above.

With regard to all the posts above, you really must remember to end sentences with a punctuation mark. You omitted four full stops and used a comma in place of another full stop.
Remember that we only capitalise "university" when we're using it as part of the actual name of a specific university. Say "I am going to university" and "I am going to Surrey University".
