I watched a video in which a girl who was being arrested said to the police officer "how can you arrest me when I have got places to be". Does it mean "I have got places to go or visit"?

I read "place to be" also mean to be an exciting or happening place.

Please set me straight on this🙏.

You're still forgetting to capitalise the first letter of a full sentence inside quotation marks.
A question must always end with a question mark.
Does it mean "I have got places to go or visit"?
It means "I need to get to some places so I don't have time for you to arrest me!"
I read that "place to be" can also mean to be an exciting or happening place.
In this context, that's not what it means. In a different context "the place to be" can express that somewhere is hot and happening!

If you must use an emoji, put it after the closing punctuation mark.

Everyone is. It's a known glitch that @Red5 is working on. Here's a link to the instructions on how to deal with it (I posted it ten days ago - I'm surprised you didn't spot it).

Likewise. But what does that have to do with punctuation?

I HAVE BEEN having difficulty posting replies and liking comments for a few days.
The instructions are being followed, but an error message appears that says that there has been an error when there has not been. Instead, the error is the error message itself.

The instructions I gave don't "fix" the error. You'll still see that error message. My instructions show you how to get rid of it so that you can see that your post/Like have appeared as you intended.
