Hi guys,

I'm just updating my CV. I actually posted a similar question last time I was on here to do with possessive apostrophes, but I just want to make sure I've got this right.

Word is telling me to change it to: I have over 12 month's experience..

I'm not sure I agree. I'm thinking that if I need to use an apostrophe, wouldn't it be: "I have over 12 months' experience..."

I've tried typing the sentence in on Google and it suggests to go without any apostrophe, which is what I have originally gone for, so yeah, I'm confused now.

Thanks for any help!

There's no need to be confused. Word and Google are not foolproof; "12 months' experience" is the correct version.
