I know fist one is corewrect, how about the second one? Is it incorrect or it has another meaning?

I wouldn't say 'I knew you went'; instead, try 'I know you went' or 'I knew you had gone'.

I addition to Rover's corrections, "the" should be inserted before "first" in "I know the first one is correct".
